I’m a feng shui professional, and music is my hobby. My music started in my middle age. There was time that I thought we work to live, not live to work. What should I do to be happy, without greedy thoughts or creating negative impact to myself or other people’s life? And music came to me accidentally, and it has become a natural part of my life.
I’ve studied piano and sung in two choirs in Sydney. With two years effort and good feng shui arrangement, I have passed AMEB Exam for Grade 3 Piano. I have had much joy singing with my fellow choir members. We have performed a lot during this holiday season. We were part of the Sydney Christmas Celebration Program, and sang in Sydney Town Hall on 19/12/2017. The tickets were all sold out.
Singing is good feng shui for our body, and can strengthen our muscles. It stimulate Qi circulation within our bodies, opens up blockages in our diaphram and lungs, and produces endorphins to make us happier.
It also creates a harmonious and joyful environment. Different notes and sounds relate to different elements (fire, earth, metal, water and wood). When we sing, our internal organs (heart, stomach, lung, kidney, liver) all benefit.
I believe everyone has many gifts within, I hope you can take the chance to open up your gifts.
In December, we sang many Christmas songs. Most of them are traditional. But one of my favourate is the one by John Lennon “So this is Christmas”. The lyrics are:
So this is Christmas, and What have you done?
Another year is over, and the new one just begun.
….
We wish you a Very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Hope you have a good one, without any fear.
