Recently one of my Singapore clients emailed me a query. She received an email as follows, and wanted to know my opinions on it.
“This year, July has 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays. This happens once every 823 years. This is called money bags. So, forward this to your friends and money will arrive within 4 days based on Chinese feng shui.”
From a feng shui perspective, five Fridays, five Saturdays and five Sundays do not mean money bags. They only mean the dates. However, 2011 is a Rabbit Year, Rabbit is one of the romantic stars in Chinese astrology, July is the sixth month in the lunar calendar. Early 1st to 6th July is a horse month, for 7th July to 7th August is a sheep month according to feng shui (Xia Calendar). Both horse and sheep months are good months in 2011. Therefore, having more weekends in good months, people can plan more activites for themselves, family and social life. Lovers may plan their weddings on one of the weekends.
